The Contingent Workforce sector is one of the most critical and complex divisions of the Fortune 1000 and many early-stage companies. As sourcing and retention for quality talent is as important as profitability, 72% of enterprise companies perceive their external workforce as a vital component of their people culture and operations. This is the reason why a majority of large organizations possess a Contingent Workforce program that is powered by experienced executives, senior managers, and professionals whose hybrid talent is a mix of HR and procurement. That talent is supported by thousands of partner companies who provide external workforce management services focused on technology, talent sourcing, payment, and compliance of a corporation’s contingent workforce.

Together, these programs and their partner companies comprise the audience of ContingentWorkforce.com, the media presence for this niche sector of the global economy. Our goal is to offer industry information, innovation insights, spotlight M&A activity, and introduce the trends that are defining the new world of work.
